You must attach a color copy of your Drivers License and proof of ownership, if you are renting please include the agreement in the email along with the form or your application will be incomplete.

Residential Utility Applications are ONLY for accounts that are already established with a meter on the property. If you do not have a meter, please fill out the New Build Application. If you are unsure if your property has a meter, please contact our office to verify this information before submitting a form.
