If you are set up through NexBillPay's 'auto pay' you MUST cancel the auto pay before setting up on bank draft. If you do not, this will cause your bill to draft twice. If you are unsure that you are on auto pay with NexBillPay, please call our office.
Carroll's Creek Water Authority drafts on the 15th of every month unless the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, it will then draft on the next working business day.
